Terms and Conditions Basis of the sale: Goods are sold and supplied by Impressions to the buyer on a business account method and are subject to these Terms and Conditions which shall govern the contract. We reserve the right to refuse to trade with any buyer who a) do not accept these Terms and Conditions and b) do not satisfy our credit referencing procedures. No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the buyer and Impressions and signed by a director of the Impressions. 30 day term credit accounts are set up as standard. The buyer shall pay the price of the goods within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, pricelist, quotation, invoice, website or any other document or information issued by us, shall be subject to correction without liability on the part of Impressions. A confirmation e-mail is sent on acceptance of an on-line order and is acknowledgement of receipt of the order only, it is not a confirmation of availability of the product. Any stock shortages will be notified accordingly. We aim to despatch all goods within 24 hours of receipt of order. For business customers in London, orders received prior to 10am will be despatched and delivered on the same day; orders received after 10am will be delivered by 5pm the next day. Other orders outside London, will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 4pm. Our standard delivery is a next day courier service. Orders received at the weekend will be despatched the next working day. Deliveries to business customers will be made to the address registered on your account, unless a different delivery address is specified by you. For non-business orders, complete shipping address details must be provided, i.e the address must include the street name & house number or unit number, town and / or city and FULL postcode. Any deliveries that have not been received and do not contain a complete address will not be subject to refund or replacement. We take no responsibility for the non-receipt or loss of goods when delivered with special instructions to our courier at the time of ordering, i.e: "if not in, leave with neighbour". Any deliveries that have not been received and include such instructions will not be subject to refund or replacement. Delivery to London addresses are free. Other UK deliveries are free for orders over £30 (ex VAT). Orders below £30 (ex VAT) are charged at £7.95 (ex VAT). Guarantee of Quality: The use of a compatible printer cartridge does not void the manufacturer's warranty. Impressions guarantees each Impressions remanufactured product to be free of defects in both components used in the remanufacturing operation and workmanship. This guarantee is covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We manufacture under strict quality control standards assuring performance that equals or has been known to exceed that of the original. Our guarantee extends to warrant our remanufactured cartridges and drum units, used under conditions specified by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer), will not cause abnormal wear or damage to any laser printer. In the unlikely event that a defect should occur, whilst using our Impressions cartridges, Impressions will attend and remedy the problem without delay. All such activities, will be at the cost of Impressions, regardless of whether the root cause of the fault was down to the cartridge or not. Damaged in Transit: If your goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Arrangements will be made to collect the items, which should be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Exchange Policy: If your product becomes faulty during it’s lifetime, you can obtain a replacement or refund without quibble. Arrangements will be made to collect the item(s). If possible returned items should be in their original packaging. Free Trial Cartridge: New companies who wish to carry out testing on Impressions cartridges can do so using the Free Trial facility. This free trial is subject to a susequent order being received for the same or for different cartridges. The cost of the initial requested trial cartridge will be supplied at a 30% discounted price and will be deducted off the invoice for the subsequent order. Supply and Delivery Issues: Should you fell the need to report any issues concerning the supply and delivery of our product, please contact Impressions using any of the methods listed on the 'Contact Us' page. Give details, including any relevant information such as dates, times etc. We endeavour to resolve these issues within 2 working days, however the actual time will depend on nature of complaint and co-operation of the third party if, applicable i.e courier. |
