Empty cartridges used to produce our Impressions range are fully dismantled in our factory, then re-manufactured. Brand new, key component parts are installed to guarantee optimum performance. The resulting product has proved to be as good, if not better, than the original.

In the early years, there were re-manufacturing companies supplying sub standard products and the perception in the market place was one of, ‘you get what you pay for’. As we have always prided ourselves on the quality of the end product and have retained high profile corporate accounts due to the exacting standards we set ourselves, sadly this was a case of being tarnished with the samebrush.

We have moved with the times and as technology advancements have presented themselves, further enhancements have been possible to the product we can offer to our clients. But still the most pressing challenge is one of convincing IT departments that our cartridges do meet with the highest of expectations. A common objection and company policy is ‘we only use HP original cartridges in our printers’. Remembering the fact that these cartridges are both environmentally expensive and even more costly from a budget point of view, the ongoing battle is to change the above policy within companies and organisations.
